1. Processing & Dispatch Times

At Grow n Cure, we take pride in delivering freshly pressed oils, stone-ground flours, and natural food items. All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 24 hours of order placement.

2. Delivery Timelines Across India

We partner with trusted courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, ExpressBees) for fast and reliable doorstep delivery:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 - 4 Business Days
• Rest of India & Rural Locations: 3 - 6 Business Days

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. For orders under ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification with your live tracking URL and AWB consignment number to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Damaged Shipments or Support

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please take a quick photo/video and notify us within 48 hours at support@growncure.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
